3 Year Replacement Guarantee

This product was pre-tested before shipment and date coded.  In keeping with the National Electrical Code, this product is intended for seasonal ( 90 days maximum ) installation and use.  Our Manufacturer’s 3 Year Replacement Guarantee covers repair and replacement of any product that fails to light for three (3) consecutive holiday seasons ( 90 days maximum per season.).  If product fails to light, send it to Christmas USA.  1133 South 16th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220-5017.  Attention Customer service.  Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for repair or replacement.  This guarantee is void if the product is misused or damaged in any way.

The 3 Year Replacement Guarantee will be voided for products that have , been modified or altered , subjected to abuse or misuse , used with other than rated voltage , failed due to damage caused  by acts of nature , failed to follow suggested maintenance.

It is recognized in the L.E.D. lighting industry that slight color variation occurs in all L.E.D. chips . This common occurrence is not considered to be a defect.  Accordingly slight color variations are not covered by the 3 Year Replacement Guarantee .

The 3 Year Replacement Guarantee does not cover any installation related costs .
